REFUND POLICY
At AMCOR PACKAGING CANADA, INC., we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase of our aromatherapy products. If you encounter any issues with the items you receive, we are pleased to offer return and exchange support in accordance with the following policy.
Return & Exchange Eligibility Period
If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure product quality and hygiene standards, returned or exchanged aromatherapy products must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in its original factory packaging and remain unopened and unused.
All product labels, accessories, and accompanying documentation must be intact and complete.
Due to the unique nature of aromatherapy products, items that have been lit, diluted, or have damaged packaging that renders them unsellable (as “new” items) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Return Processing Procedure
Submit Request: Please send an email to our customer service address, including your order number and the reason for your return.
Review & Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. Once approved, we will provide you with return authorization instructions.
Ship Back Items: Please securely package the items and ship them to our return processing center.

Note: Unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that were damaged during transit or that contain manufacturing defects. If you need to exchange an item for an identical replacement, please contact us promptly so we can arrange for a reshipment.
